Storyline：The film""s kinetic energy (through camera angles and inventive flourishes) was punctuated by a ground-breaking and pulsating soundtrack that was largely composed of classic rock music (notably sinister Rolling Stones"" music), and used the San Gennaro Feast in New York as its backdrop - an annual week-long event held every fall in Littly Italy to celebrate the Patron Saint of Naples." They made numerous attempts to enter the spaceship without any luck, and were astonished there wasn""t even a ""crack"" marking the ship""s ramp entryway or opening.The restauranteur""s staff, other ex-accomplices of Robie""s, are suspicious and wary of him as he peers into the glassed-in kitchen area.Now I see them as a call for us to remember who we once were, and who we must be again.And hose words?The film ended with a voice-over narration of the familiar Captain""s Oath, as theEnterpriseembarked on a 5-year mission into deep space.[Note: A razor also figured prominently in the film, and in the film""s poster.]There was a slow pull-back from the female""s dead-eyed staring right eye (paralleled at film""s end with a zoom-into her eye for a moresubjectiveview).
