Storyline:Unlike the previous missionary effort when everything was free and nobody came (as Ayah had remarked), he nuns couldn""t cope with the onslaught. In his dream, he walked down the center aisle of the theater oward the screen - unnoticed.A distant, long-shot camera perspective from the back of the theater watched as the Projectionist sat down in two different places in the audience to view the film from a closer angle.Entering into the Fantasy World of Cinema:A brief excerpt of "Hearts and Pearls" was shown on the theatre""s screen - it told the story of a stolen pearl necklace (from a locked safe) and two main characters - a lovely socialite and an aristocratic, tuxedo-wearing cad.The scenes of the Tramp find him alternating between scenes as an assembly-line factory worker (where he is literally fed by a machine and then - when the monotony overtakes him - becomes he ""food"" in the cogs and gears of another machine), a shipyard worker, a department store night watchman, an overstressed singing waiter, or an occupant in jail.
