《Leckdonalds (Short 1995)》Storyline
Neo stashed the wad of bills in a hollowed out book, titled "SIMULACRA & SIMULATION," in the chapter titled ""Nihilism. On her way into the Davidson""s Pet Shop, she passes an exiting customer [Alfred Hitchcock himself in his customary cameo] being guided and pulled along by a pair of terriers [Hitchcock""s own dogs Geoffrey and Stanley] on leashes. She asks:Ouliotta: Are you really a man?Fields: Well, I""ve been called other things. He takes advantage of her ignorance and is only too happy to introduce her to the species. He teaches her a game called "squidgulum" (a variation on post office, a kissing game). With her hands placed on her head and her eyes closed, he kisses her twice. They are interrupted when her aggressive mother, black-robed Mrs.Hemoglobin (Margaret Dumont) appears with a ferocious mastiff guard dog with fangs.Fields labels them: "Romulus and Remus." Immediately smitten by him, she wants to join in the kissing game and puckers up in readiness, but he is terrified by how formidable she is.[The ""odd"" guess of Les loses the bet - it is the first wager in the film.] The steely, misogynist boss of the Latin American pilots is Geoff Carter (Cary Grant) (often called "Papa" by his workers), a no-nonsense, steely supervisor who looks like a gaucho with a wide Panama hat and a gun holster.Their trip to Mardi Gras in New Orleans takes them through limitless, untouched landscapes (icons such as Monument Valley), various towns, a hippie commune, and a graveyard (with hookers), but also through areas where local residents are increasingly narrow-minded and hateful of their long-haired freedom and use of drugs.
