Plot SynopsisThe film opens in Berlin, 1931, with sinister, androgynous, chalk white-faced, demonic Master of Ceremonies (Joel Grey) in the Kit Kat Club, a cabaret filled with frivolity and gaiety among its patrons.The statuesque figure had he ability, when threatened, to zap (vaporize or melt) the soldiers"" weapons (rifles, tanks and giant guns) with a lethal, disintegrating, death-ray laser beam heat-ray behind his sliding head visor.Bithiah ordered her servant to obey her: "I am the Pharaoh""s daughter, and this is my son.He shall be reared in my house as the Prince of the Two Lands."
